■Our Tax Free Policy

You can purchase our products Tax-Free only when you buy in store directly and not through our website. If you would like to purchase Tax-Free, please refer to the policies below.

■Terms and Conditions（免税対象となる方）

・Visitors with a temporary stay status are eligible for tax-free shopping.
・Japanese citizens are not eligible.
・Non applicable if you are working in Japan.
・Not eligible if staying in Japan for more than six months.
・Show your passport at the check-out counter,and sign the proof of purchase document.

■purchasing method（購入方法）

・The total amount spent must be over 10,001JPY.
・Tax-free purchases are limited to IPPINKAN Nipponbashi store.

Since many of our products are not always available in our store, please call or email us a few days prior to your visit to set up an appointment to view and /or purchase products at our store.
